Short term inspection preparation

Ofsted inspectors look for a more pro-active approach to equality and diversity. They examine all aspects of the curriculum and the way your organisation works positively to avoid all unfair discrimination – not just illegal discrimination. Inspection can be stressful and disruptive but also provide useful direction and advice on quality improvement. Expecting an Inspection soon and worried about one particular area? – We can help you prepare for the event by carrying out a supportive pre-inspection audit.

Long term quality improvement

SEQUALS is available to carry out an equality audit of your Self Assessment Review and Equality Action Plans. We work with the whole organisation or focus on a particular section and arrange relevant CPD Training courses in response to issues raised.

Supporting CPD

Research projects can form part the Continuing Professional Development portfolios of managers and teaching staff.  Do you have an in-house research project in mind that could improve inclusion and diversity?
